Cancellations, No Show and Refunds

Weekend Retreat Cancellations – If you must cancel please notify us via e-mail and as soon as possible! Please don’t send someone in your place. Registration is on a first come first served basis and we often have a wait list. If you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to the retreat, you will receive a full refund. Cancelling within two weeks, will result in a partial refund of $200.00 if we cannot fill your slot. This will go towards various expenses including the scholarship fund. An early cancellation notice makes it possible for someone else to attend.

Saturday Only Retreats (Day-tripper)

If a Day-tripper cancels 10 days prior to the retreat, they will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days of the retreat will receive a $50 refund.

Refunds are paid to the person who initially provided the funds. For example: If John paid for Georges registration and a refund was due. John would receive the refund.

No Shows – Individuals who “no show” without any notice forfeit their registration and the funds will go towards the scholarship fund.
